The staff was extremely helpful, providing us with detailed information on local bars and sights, and even giving us a personalized list of recommendations. the room was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were kept spotless. the location was ideal, right in the heart of the city and easily accessible via an excellent transport system.
There were a few minor issues during our stay. the bathroom had a strange smell and there was a shortage of toilet paper, which could have been better planned.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They provided great tips about things to see and do in the city, and even gave detailed information about how to get to different places of interest. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The hostel had a unique and artistic vibe, with interesting decor and artwork throughout.
The lack of soundproofing was a problem, especially if your room is near the common area. There was one instance where I couldn't sleep because of a loud conversation going on until late at night.

I had a fantastic stay at this quirky and very cool hostel in the heart of Budapest. the location was perfect, with a beautiful communal courtyard and classic Hungarian features. the 100E bus from the airport dropped me off practically outside the property, making it super convenient. There were lots of shops and cafes nearby, and the Astoria Hotel was just around the corner, where I could catch a bus to explore Buda. the staff, especially Esther the receptionist, were friendly and helpful.
The room was cozy, comfortable, and one of the best I've stayed in at a hostel. Cons: Nothing could have been better.

We had the most magical stay at Lavender Circus Hostel. the location was fantastic, just a short walk from the airport bus stop and close to metro, street trams, and buses. We loved being within walking distance of the Jewish quarter with its vibrant bars and restaurants. Our standard apartment was incredibly spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. the security measures, including locked gates and fob/key access, made us feel super secure. the staff was friendly and provided us with great local information. the quirky decor, just like in the photos, provided a comfortable and unique atmosphere. We also enjoyed the communal kitchen and the numbered boxes in the fridge to keep our food items separate. the owner even helped us out when a friend had to cancel last minute due to illness.
It was a truly memorable experience. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like 😊.
